Programs and Partnerships Lead
Mary Dede Owusu is a programs manager with strong experience in youth empowerment and community engagement. She currently serves as an Assistant Programme Officer at the Ministry of Youth Development and Empowerment, where she supports national initiatives that promote leadership and skills development among young people.
At the JOYA Foundation, Mary leads the coordination of programs and partnerships. She helps design community-focused projects, builds strategic collaborations and ensures that JOYA’s initiatives reach the groups who need them most. She is passionate about youth development, gender equality, digitalization and creating opportunities that help African young people thrive.
