JOYA Foundation (Joint Opportunities for Yielding Africa) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering African girls, women, and youth through innovative programs in education, economic development, and social justice.

Our name reflects our mission: like precious jewels (JOYA in Spanish), we believe every individual has inherent value and potential waiting to be discovered and nurtured

Through collaborative efforts and sustainable initiatives, we're creating pathways for communities to thrive and shaping a future where every African can reach their full potential.
